Ah! I will check this out next time I visit the zoo. I always thought there's only 1 enclosure - the one they share with the cusimanses.

Really? Where are the 2 enclosures? I've only ever seen one, between the bridge and cave viewing area.

The Zoo's White Tigers will be moved to Night Safari, while the Night Safari's Malayan Tigers will be moved to the Zoo. More details in the FAQ (under Night Safari tab):

pretty sure there are 2, Zooish. the exhibits that i saw dont appear to be connected to each other, seperated by a rock wall

but i'll be happy to be corrected

If that's what you're referring to, I think that's just 1 enclosure, with 2 viewing options. The rock wall doesn't separate the interior. If I'm not mistaken, the meerkats' signage appears in both sides of the enclosure, while the cusimanse's can only be found in one of them.

Leopard tortoises and nyalas are gone? There were a lot of leopard tortoise hatchlings when I visited in December. Is the former Chinese alligator exhibit next to the Siamese crocodiles now empty?

There are plans to mix the nyalas with the red river hog, all the nyalas are at the back of house of red river hog, and will be swapped around every now and then

Anyone know what subspecies the Chimpanzees are? Or are they not managed at subspecies level.

Zootierliste doesn't list a subspecies for some but also says Singapore has a western subspecies (Pan troglodytes verus)
