I know there has been probally countless topics on this subject. But I want to know about zoos or aquariums that have kept animals that are only found there and no other place in captivity has them. For example, Georgia Aquarium is the only aquarium in North America that has Whale Sharks. Do not include subspecies or different colors. I am more interest in just indiviual species that some zoos or aquariums have been known being the only place to find them in captive. And like I know only 4 zoos in USA that have Giant Pandas but it's more like rare in captivity that only a very very very small portion of zoos have them (less then 4) not literally rare cause some animals might not be endangered they just might not thrive in zoos if that makes any sense as to what I am saying.
I suggest you read these threads and continue the discussion there: Animals kept at only one zoo outside of their native range Zoos that are the only one to hold a species.
